Abstract

Procédé de moulage par injection et sous pression de chaussures en matières plastiques contenant un tissu de velours, un tissu éponge ou un tissu de peluche comme doublure intérieure. On applique une matière comprenant une garniture intérieure en fibres plastiques dans du tissu, sur le tissu de base de laquelle on applique sur la semelle un tissu de coton relativement rigide et, sur son côté ainsi que sur la tige, un tissu à maille de coton relativement élastique Après collage de la seconde semelle, on moule par injection le dessus constitué par un mélange d'élastomères moulables par injection à chaud, ainsi que la semelle, en une matière constituée également par un mélange d'élastomères synthétiques moulables par injection à chaud. Applications : notamment à la fabrication des chaussures de ski.
