Abstract
L'invention concerne les industries de la fermentation. Elle a pour objet un procédé pour mettre un gaz et un liquide en contact dans un système clos comprenant une conduite ascendante 2 et une conduite descendante 1 en communication mutuelle et avec un compartiment 3 surmontant leurs extrémités supérieures, suivant lequel, de façon continue, on fait circuler un liquide, on soutire un liquide, on injecte un gaz dans le liquide et on dégage un gaz du liquide et, après passage dans le compartiment, on soutire ce gaz du système, la pression gazeuse au-dessus du liquide dans le compartiment étant de 3 à 10 bars au manomètre.
