Abstract

Procédé pour réaliser des revêtements sur des articles métalliques rendant ces articles résistants à la corrosion à des températures élevées. Ce procédé comporte l'application d'une couche de fond sur la surface d'un article, la couche de fond comprenant un métal ductile d'une composition normalement résistante à la corrosion à des températures élevées. Une couche externe d'aluminure ou de métal résistant à la corrosion à des températures élevées mais friable à de telles températures est appliquée pour terminer le revêtement. On élimine ensuite la porosité dans le revêtement et on obtient un revêtement résistant à la corrosion de haute intégrité, non sujet à fissurations, en chauffant l'article dans une atmosphère gazeuse à température élevée et en appliquant simultanément une pression isostatique à l'article.
