Abstract
L'invention décrit un procédé à lit fluidisé mobile pour préparer de l'acrylonitrile. On fait passer un mélange gazeux, comprenant du propylène, de l'ammoniac et de l'oxygène moléculaire ainsi qu'un catalyseur d'ammoxydation dans une zone de réaction tout en réglant la vitesse linéaire superficielle des gaz et le débit d'introduction des matières solides, afin d'obtenir un écoulement en bloc des gaz avec une grande turbulence et du << contre-mélange >> des particules solides du catalyseur entraîné << fluidisation rapide >>. Le procédé donne, avec des débits et des sélectivités élevés, de l'acrylonitrile qui peut notamment servir à des synthèses et à diverses (co)polymérisations.
