Abstract

Pour obtenir une tringle de talon pour pneumatique présentant une surface conique en regard de la surface de portée conique de la jante de la roue, on enroule en une ou plusieurs spires d'une bande large et étroite 5 qui peut être aune seule pièce ou d'une juxtaposition de fils, par exemple à section carrée ou trapézoïdale, la bande s'enroulant sur un tambour conique pour former la tringle après avoir subi une déformation entre deux cylindres coniques ou cylindres 6 à axe non parallèles, la déformation étant étudiée de manière à donner à la section de la bande une épaisseur décroissante. L'invention s'applique notamment aux tringles pour pneumatiques sans chambre, qui sont destinés à s'appuyer sur des jantes coniques.
