Abstract

The distributor sleeve (24) surrounding rotor (26) and elastically coupled to a direction controller (14) through a torsion bar (33) are incorporated inside a hydraulic assisted pilot valve (10) with a rotary distributor. The controller is in a bore of the distributor sleeve (24) and is rotationally coupled with axial play to the rotor by a coupling (38). The sleeve, controlled and torsion bar are coupled axially and rotationally by pins (34 and 40). Annular seals (50, 52) ensure fluid tightness. The rotor (26) has limited axial movement in the sleeve (24). The controller (14) is driven by a rack and pinion. Lower parts (42, 44) for high and low pressure are coupled to a displacement pump and reservoir respectively upper ports (46, 48) are coupled to the compartments of a hydraulic cylinder. Orifices in the rotor (26) and sleeves (24) allow hydraulic fluid to circulated in response to operation of the servo direction valve.
