Abstract

Le perçage de réception du porte-outil est formé par un trou borgne 2 dans lequel est disposé un porte-lame 3 à tige semi-cylindrique 4 dont la surface d'appui plane 5 présente au moins une rainure 9 pour recevoir une lame interchangeable 8, une griffe de serrage 10 étant prévue pour chaque lame et appliquée, par l'action d'une vis de serrage 6, contre la face supérieure 8a de la lame et contre la surface d'appui 5 du porte-lame 3, cette griffe présentant un épaulement 12 servant d'appui à la lame 8 en direction de son déplacement et une vis de réglage 13 parallèle à la rainure 9 et prenant appui contre le fond 2a du trou borgne 2, cette vis étant accessible par un perçage 14 dans la griffe 10. Application : usinage en plongée.
