Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux diélectriques constitués par des polymères organiques. Par décharge electrique dans une phase gazeuse de perfluoro-2-butène (CF3 -CF=CF-CF 3 ), à pression très réduite (0,1Torr), on provoque la polymérisation et le dépôt relativement rapide (0,5 micron par minute) d'un polymère fortement réticulé présentant d'excellentes propriétés diélctriques. Application à la fabrication de condensateurs électriques par dépôt successif, sur un substrat, de couches conductrices et isolantes, celles-ci constituées par le diélectrique selon l'invention.
