Abstract

Appareil de prothèse totale de la hanche, comportant une pièce fémorale à tête sphérique en alumine montée sur une tige métallique, et à pièce acétabulaire constituée d'un hémisphère concave en alumine 2 muni de stries 3, 4, 5 sur sa face convexe, selon le brevet principal. La pièce acétabulaire comporte sur sa face convexe trois tétons d'ancrage périphériques 6, 7, il d'axes parallèles à celui de l'hémisphère, respectivement espacés d'un angle compris entre 80 et 90 degrés , et un téton d'ancrage axial 12. Application aux prothèses totales de la hanche à fixation dans l'os par repousse osseuse, sans ciment.
