Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication de produits faisant l'objet de l'invention consiste en ce que la poudre fine de nitrure de bore hexagonal est prise en combinaison avec une composition à bas point de fusion contenant du bore et de l'azote, puis le mélange est comprimé à une température de 80 à 160 degrés C, sous une pression suffisante pour que la composition fondue pénètre dans les pores du demi-produit et les remplisse. De plus, avant la cuisson à haute température, le demi-produit obtenu est chauffé dans une atmosphère d'ammoniac jusqu'à une température de 1.000 à 1.400 degrés C. Les produits fabriqués par ce procédé trouveront des applications étendues dans divers domaines de la technique, comme matériaux à haut caractère réfractaire, isolants thermostables, diélectriques pour divers dispositifs électroniques, matériaux antifriction, etc
