Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour insérer la vessie d'un moule de vulcanisation dans une carcasse premier temps partiellement toroïdale. Selon l'invention une section 48 du moule a, en son centre, une tige de piston mobile 46 qui comporte une plaque circulaire 62 fixee concentriquement à son extrémité libre, une cloche 66 a un bord circulaire 64 fixé au pourtour de la plaque 62 en relation étanche à l'air et elle a un bord circulaire opposé 68 fixé à la section 48 également en relation étanche à l'air; un cylindre de puissance 40 est fixé à un plateau et il comporte une tige de piston allongeable et rétractable 42 dont l'extrémité libre vient en engagement axial avec celle de la tige. 46 pour effectuer le retrait de cette dernière et débuter la transformation de la cloche d'une configuration cylindrique à une configuration toroïdale à l'intérieur de la carcasse. L'invention s'applique notamment aux pneumatiques à nappes radiales.
