Abstract

A dispenser for kitchen is used to measure quantities of flour, sugar or granular products. The dispenser has an inverted glass or plastic container (1). The container (1) has an opening (2) held by a bracket (4) over a funnel (7) and a dish (5). The funnel (7) has hinged sides (13) which release the product into the dish (5). The dish (5) is attached to a flanged plate (23a). The flanged plate (23a) is restricted by a spring which actuates a balance. The funnel (7) is opened or closed by a push-button according to the weight given by the balance.
