Abstract

L'invention concerne un mélangeur continu comprenant au moins une zone mélangeuse formée par une géométrie Transfermix Dans ce mélangeur, le nombre des filets du filetage hélicoïdal varie pour chaque composant sur la longueur de la zone Transfermix dans le sens opposé à la variation de section droite des rainures hélicoïdales ménagées dans ledit composant afin que, lorsqu'une matière se déplace en service le long de la zone Transfermix, des parties de cette matière soient successivement transférées entre les rainures des filetages hélicoïdaux placés en regard et servant respectivement de donneur et de récepteur et que les rainures de grande section droite aient de plus grandes largeurs que des rainures de petite section droite.
