Abstract
a. Procédé pour la préparation d'un extrait de champignons. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce que l'on broie un poids déterminé de champignons dans le meme poids d'eau, puis on laisse macérer ce broyat pendant un certain temps dans l'eau portée à une certaine température, le broyat étant ensuite pressé et filtré pour en extraire un liquide clair qui est transvasé dans des flacons ensuite hermétiquement bouchés et stérilisés à une température de 120 degrés C ou légèrement supérieure pendant une duree d'environ 30 minutes. c. L'invention s'applique notamment au traitement des champignons de couche
