Abstract

The machine (1) has hoppers (2, 3) for seed and fertilizer, and is supported on four wheels (4), with draw-bar (5) at the front. Three rows of shares (6) are pivot-mounted by means of attachments (7) on the chassis (1), with tension springs (8). A meter (9) conducts the hopper contents through tubes (10) to the shares (6). Pressure rollers (14) are pivot mounted on share supports (7). The shares (6) are lifted off the ground for transporting by hydraulic cylinders (20) connected by knee levers (21) and cables (23) running over rollers (22) to the supports (7). The pressure and guide rollers are rotatably mounted to one roller.
