Abstract

A container and carrier for explosive shells is plastics moulding of e.g. polyethylene, closed one end, and threaded around the other end, for fitting a screw cap. The cylindrical exterior is stopped, with larger diameter portions of the same size alternating with smaller diameter portions also of the same size. The smaller diameter portions are corrugated and also fit closely around the shell. Two containers may be integrally joined, the bridging part being shaped to form handle. The screw cap is also recessed to form a handle. The larger dia. portions are also corrugated. A sealing ring is included under the screw cap.
