Abstract

A building panel, e.g. a door, is provided with an edge finish strip having the form of a dust excluder. The strip e.g. of plastics, has an overall width equal to the thickness of the panel (7) and has between two flat edge portions (6) a recess (5) of such width that a dust seal lip (3), which is integral with one of the edge portions and normally extends obliquely upwards therefrom, is accommodated in the recess when the strip is adhered to the panel and pressed onto the panel by the rollers of a panel edging machine.
