Abstract

Precise method of furnishing foundation with bolt fixings etc, i.e. esp. applicable if building is of interrelating units with little constructional tolerance; and entails the fixing of concrete blocks (5, 6) onto a steel frame template (1) followed by the concreting of foundation pads, thus achieving the integration of the blocks into the foundations. Pref. the frame (1) is of rectangular hollow sections, is rectangular with bracing, embodies four s screw jacks (4) for level adjustment purposes, and is intended for extended reusage; concrete blocks (5, 6) attach at frame corners and are connected to and aligned on the template by dowel (7) and bolt (8) to ferrule arrangement, and aligned by dowels (9). Accuracy of plus or minus one millimetre is claimed.
