Abstract

Extrudable compsn. (I) comprises (1) 5-50% of a substance selected from (a) durum wheat semolina or (b) 45-15% of the latter mixed with 5-35% potato peel flour; (ii) 5-50% dehydrated mashed potato granules (iii) 2-5% potato starch; and (iv) 1-5% glycerin. (I) can be mixed with water to form a dough which can be formed into a cup-shaped shell, to be filled with e.g. mashed potatoes and baked.
