Abstract

Guide for polyamide yarns twisted at approx. 300 degrees C in a twisting machine comprises a bushing having an inner rebate and an exchangeable ring provided with a pass-fitting collar, the rebate and collar being provided with aligned semi-circular grooves into which is slid an interlocking wire through an opening in the rebate. Bushing and ring are made from polytetrafluoroethylene.
