Abstract

Bath is formed from a flexible rectangular sheet into a cylinder and closed by a sliding fastener along a generatrix. The exterior is covered with a cushion formed from two films of PVC enclosing a layer of polyester foam, and bonded to the sheet with adhesive. The films are bonded together at intervals by sewing or welding and pref. are non-inflammable, odour-free and rot-proof. The plastic bath is more comfortable, flexible and lighter.
