Claims (12)
1. Kylelement (1) för användning i en för framställning av metaller avsedd pyrometallurgisk reaktors struktur, vilket kylelement omfattar en 5 huvudsakligen av koppar tillverkad stomdel (2), vilken för cirkulering av ett kylmedel innehaller ett kanalsystem bildat av ett huvudsakligen av koppar tillverkat rör (3), kännetecknat därav, att pa den yttre ytan av rören (3) som bildar kanalsystemet har anordnats en beläggning (7, A), vilken har en lägre smältpunkt än stomdelens (2) och rörets (3, B) 10 material, varvid beläggningen (7, A) är en legering av koppar, tenn och/eller silver, i vilken med kopparen har legerats ätminstone ett ämne som sänker dess smältpunkt.
2. Kylelement enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen 15 (7, A) är koppar, i vilken ingar 10% tenn.
3. Kylelement enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) är koppar, i vilken ingar 10% silver.

Kylelement enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) är en legering av koppar, bly och tenn. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Kylelement enligt patentkrav 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) har en tjocklek av 0,1 - 1 millimeter. 25 2 Förfarande för tillverkning av ett kylelement (1) för användning i en för 3 framställning av metaller avsedd pyrometallurgisk reaktors struktur, vilket 4 kylelement omfattar en huvudsakligen av koppar tillverkad stomdel (2), 5 vilken för cirkulering av ett kylmedel innehaller ett kanalsystem bildat av 6 30 huvudsakligen av koppar tillverkade rör (3), varvid kylelementets stomdel 7 (2) gjuts omkring rören (3), och varvid cirkulation av ett kylmedel äger 8 rum i rören, kännetecknat därav, att rörens yttre yta beläggs före gjutningen av kylelementet med en beläggning (7, A), som har en lägre smältpunkt än stomdelens (2) och rörets (3, B) material, varvid som beläggning (7, A) används en legering av koppar, tenn och/eller silver, väri med kopparen har legerats atminstone ett ämne som sänker dess 5 smältpunkt.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att rören avkyls med ett kylmedel, sasom vatten, under den tid gjutningen av kylelementets stomdel (2) pagär, sä att beläggningens (7, A) och rörets 10 gränsyta (K) förblir fast.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknat därav, att cirkuleringen av kylmedlet i rören (3) avslutas da stomdelen (2) stelnar. 15 9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) bildas genom smältbeläggning.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) bildas genom elektrolytisk beläggning. 20
11. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknat därav, att beläggningen (7, A) bildas genomen en termisk sprutteknik.
