PROCEDIMIENTO PARA OBTENER POLIPEPTIDOS SIMILARES A LA HORMONA DE CRECIMIENTO DEL GANADO BOVINO.CONSISTE EN CULTIVAR UN HOSPEDANTE TRANSFORMADO CON UNA MOLECULA DE DNA RECOMBINANTE, QUE COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA DE DNA QUE CODIFICA DICHO POLIPEPTIDO Y QUE ESTA LIGADA OPERATIVAMENTE A UNA SECUENCIA DE CONTROL DE EXPRESION, ESTANDO DICHA SECUENCIA DE DNA PARTICULARIZADA POR UNA SUPRESION DE TERMINAL AMINO DE LA SECUENCIA DE DNA QUE CODIFICA LA HORMONA DE CRECIMIENTO BOVIDO MADURA. DICHA SECUENCIA DE DNA PERMITE LA PRODUCCION DEL POLIPEPTIDO CON UN RENDIMIENTO DE AL MENOS 100 VECES SUPERIOR AL DE LA SECUENCIA DE DNA QUE CODIFICA LA HORMONA DE CRECIMIENTO BOVINO MADURA.
