PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ESTERILIZACION DEL ACIDO ACETICO CON ALCOHOLES QUE CONTENGAN 4 Y MAS ATOMOS DE CARBONO Y CON GLICOLETERES.CONSISTE: A) EN LLEVAR A CABO LA ESTERIFICACION EN UN REACTOR VERTICAL (5) CON CORRIENTE DESCENDENTE O ASCENDENTE; B) INTRODUCIR LA MEZCLA DE REACCION SALIENTE DEL REACTOR EN LA MITAD SUPERIOR DE UNA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION (6) CON AYUDA DE UNA VALVULA DE SOBREPRESION DE CORRIENTE (12); C) EXTRAER ACEOTROPICAMENTE EL AGUA DE LA REACCION POR LA CABEZA DE LA COLUMNA (7, 8) Y EVACUAR EL ESTER OBTENIDO EN FORMA DE VAPOR POR DEBAJO DEL PRIMERFONDO O DEPOSITO DE LA COLUMNA (9); D) RECICLAR LAS PARTES NO REACCIONADAS DE ACIDO ACETICO Y ALCOHOL DESPUES DE LA SEPARACION DESTILATIVA; E) AÑADIR AL REACTOR DE ESTERIFICACION ALCOHOL Y ACIDO ACETICO NUEVO SEGUN LA CANTIDAD EXTRAIDA DE ESTER DEL PRIMER FONDO DE COLUMNA (9); Y F) EXTRAER EN FORMA LIQUIDA Y CONTINUA POR EL FONDO DEL DEPOSITO LOS PRODUCTOS DE ALTO PUNTO DE EBULLICION.
