PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DEL 1-(2,3-DIHIDRO-1,4-BENZODIOXIN-2S-IL)-5-(2,3-DIHIDRO-1,4-BENZODIOXIN -2R-IL)-3-AZAPETAN-1R-5S-DIOL Y DE SUS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDO. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DEL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) CON EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) O LOS CORRESPONDIENTES ANTIPODAS O RACEMATOS DE LOS MISMOS. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, TAL COMO UN ALCANOL INFERIOR, A LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO DE LA MEZCLA. LOS PRODUCTOS SE SEPARAN POR CRISTALIZACION O MEDIANTE TECNICAS CROMATOGRAFICAS. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS COMO ANTIHIPERTENSIVOS CON EFECTOS BRADICARDICOS.
