Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ACIDO 1-(3-MERCAPTO-(2S)-METILPROPIONIL)-PIRROLIDINA-(2S)-CARBOXILICO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I). CONSISTE EN ACILAR LA L-PROLINA, DE FORMULA (II), CON UN CLORURO DE 3-HALOGEN-2-METILPROPIONILO, DE FORMULA (III), DONDE HAL ES UN ATOMO DE HALOGENO, PREFERENTEMENTE CLORO O BROMO. EL ACIDO 1-(3-HALOGEN-(2S)-METILPROPIONIL)-PIRROLIDINA-(2S)-CARBOXILICO, RESULTANTE DE LA ETAPA ANTERIOR, SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UN TIOSULFATO ALCALINO O CON UN TRITIOCARBONATO ALCALINO, PREFERENTEMENTE SODICOS, HIDROLIZANDOSE EL PRODUCTO DE LA REACCION CON UN ACIDO, GENERALMENTE MINERAL. DE USO COMO AGENTE ANTIHIPERTENSOR QUE INHIBE LA ENZIMA DE CONVERSION DE LA ANGIOTENSINA.
