SE OBTIENE HACIENDO REACCIONAR 1,4-DIHIDRO-2H-3,1-BENZOXAZIN-2-ONA CON BROMO LIBRE, CON EL CUAL SE OBTIENE EL 6,8-DIBROMO-1,4-DIHIDRO-2H,3,1-BENZOXACIN-2-ONA; FORMAR BROMHEXINA, LA CUAL SE RECUPERA DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION EN FORMA DE UNA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO. ESTOS COMPUESTOS PRESENTAN EFECTOS MUCOLITICOS.
