Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar nuevos derivados de aminosulfonilurea, de fórmula I: **fórmula** en donde R1 y R2 son, independientemente, H, CN, alcoxi (C1-6)-CO o un hidrocarbilo insustituido o sustituido elegido ente alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6,alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquilo C3-7 o fenilo , o bien R1 y R2 forman junto con el nitrogeno al cual están unidos un heteroanillo de 5 a 7 miembros; R4 es un grupo 4-R7-6-R8-pirimidin-2-ilo, 2-R7-6-R8-pirimidin-4-ilo, 4-R7-6-R8-1,3,5-triazin-2-ilo o 5-R7-6-R8-1,3,4-troazin-2-ilo; R5 es H o alquilo C1-5; y R7 y R8 son, independienteme, H, halógeno, alquilo C1-5, haloalquilo C1-5,alcoxi C1-5,alquil-tio C1-5, alcoxi (C1-5)-alquilo(C1-5), NH2, alquilo (C1-5)-NH o di (alquilo C1-5) N; caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula IV ClSO2-NH-CO-NR4R5 IV en donde R4 y R5 se definen como anteriormente, con una amina de fórmula V R1R2NH V en donde R1 y R2 se definen como anteriormente.
