Abstract

Procedimientos para la vulcanización de masas de moldeo a base de por lo menos un caucho (A) que contiene todavía dobles enlaces y reticulable por medio de azufre, así como acelerador(es) de vulcanización para formar elastómeros o de una mezcla de uno o dos de estos cauchos (A) con uno o dos de los cauchos (B) por medio de 0,2 hasta 10 partes en peso de azufre, 0,2 hasta 10 partes en peso por lo menos de un acelerador de vulcanización y 1 hasta 10 partes en peso, todas las partes en peso referidas a 100 partes en peso de caucho, de por lo menos un silano de la fórmula I [R1n(RO)3-nSi-Alk- ]2Sx, donde R y R1 significan un grupo alcohilo con 1 hasta 4 átomos de carbono, un grupo cicloalcohilo con 5 hasta 8 átomos de carbono o el radical fenilo, pudiendo tener todos los radicales R y R1 en cada caso los mismos significados o diferentes, n significa 0, 1 ó 2, Alk significa un radical hidrocarbonado divalente, de cadena recta o ramificado con 1 hasta 10 átomos de carbono y x significa un númerodesde 2,0 hasta 8,0, o sus hidrolizados, y porque se calienta la masa de moldeo a la temperatura de vulcanización elegida, se termina de calentar y se enfría o se deja enfriar, caracterizado porque en la masa de moldeo a la temperatura de vulcanización se establece la proporción molar de sileno a acelerador y a azufre (calculado como S8) de tal manera que la reversión R resultante de la isoterma de reticulación (DIN 53 529), determinada según la fórmula **(Fórmula)** es igual a cero (+-5%), significando en la fórmula II Dmax el momento máximo de rotación de vulcámetro, significando Dmin el momento mínimo de rotación de vulcámetro y D(max + 60 min) el momento de rotación de vulcámetro que se mide en el tiempo de 60 minutos después de aparecer el momento máximo de rotación.
