Abstract

Un dispositivo para posicionar elementos de reproducción, que comprende un primero y un segundo elementos reproductores para la reproducción de señales que han sido grabadas en un medio de registro en forma de cinta de acuerdo con pistas de grabación que están dispuestas de manera sustancialmente paralela entre sí y oblicuas con respecto al eje geométrico longitudinal de dicho medio de registro, en el que el primero y el segundo elementos reproductores se mueven consecutivamente en una dirección oblicua al eje geométrico longitudinal de dicho medio de registro, y que comprende medios de posicionamiento para controlar la posición del primero y del segundo elementos reproductores uno con respecto a otro en una dirección transversal a la dirección de movimiento de dicho elemento reproductor, caracterizado por un circuito de detección para la detección de la aparición de señales piloto en las señales reproducidas por el primero y el segundo elementos reproductores, un circuito de medición paradeterminar el intervalo de tiempo transcurrido entre la aparición de cada dos señales piloto consecutivas detectadas, un circuito comparador para comparar dicho intervalo de tiempo medido con un tiempo nominal predeterminado, y un circuito de control para la aplicación de una señal de control a los medios de posicionamiento cuando el intervalo de tiempo medido se aparta del tiempo nominal en una extensión predeterminada.
