Abstract

Dispositivo de ajuste para el mecanizado interno y/o externo simultaneado de los dos extremos de una pieza, que comprende una caja de cabezal en la cual va montando de forma rotativa, un mandril tubular que comprende interiormente dos émbolos anulares que se deslizan axialmente y que actúan respectivamente sobre dos pinzas de ajuste de la pieza a mecanizar, dispuestas en los dos extremos del mandril, caracterizado porque las pinzas de ajuste que están montadas respectivamente, en los dos émbolos, presentan una parte cónica que coopera con un parte cónica correspondiente de los émbolos, y un aparte cilíndrica centrada en el orificio calibrado de los émbolos, apoyándose las mencionadas pinzas por el lado opuesto a su parte cilíndrica contra las tapas solidarias del mandril mediante una superficie cónica que se extiende radialmente con el fin de permitir un ajuste radial de las pinzas sobre la pieza, y porque un casquillo central está dispuesto en el interior de los émbolos y constituye un tirante contar los extremos del cual hacen tope las partes cilíndricas de las pinzas con el fin de asegurar un guiado y un posicionamiento de la pieza en las pinzas.
