Abstract

Procedimiento para analizar partículas que se encuentran en suspensión en un líquido, particularmente glóbulos sanguíneos, con dos recipientes para la suspensión separados por una pared aislante, un canal longitudinal que atraviesa la pared, dos electrodos de alimentación conectados a sendos polos de una alimentación eléctrica y que están en contacto con el líquido en cada uno de los recipientes, por lo menos un electrodo adicional que está en contacto con el líquido en el canal, cuyas dimensiones paralelas en la dirección longitudinal del canal son pequeñas en proporción con la longitud del canal, y medios sensores, de los cuales cada vez uno de ellos está asignado a un par de electrodos para determinar las variaciones en el curso del tiempo de la diferencia de potencial entre estos electrodos, caracterizado porque se forma un valor auxiliar asignado al transcurso de tiempo de la diferencia de potencial entre un electrodo adicional determinado y uno de los otros electrodos y un valor de medición asignado al transcurso de tiempo de la diferencia de potencial entre dos de los otros electrodos, y porque se dispara una exploración del valor de medición para obtener un valor de exploración correspondiente a una partícula en función del valor auxiliar.
