Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para la fabricación continua de material estratificadocon capas soporte y capa de apoyo de aleación en suspensión metálicaespecialmente para fabricar material estratificado para su ulterior elaboración para la fabricación de piezas de trabajocomo por ejemplo elementos de cojinetes de deslizamientocaracterizado porque la capa soporte en su superficie receptora de la aleación en suspensiónse desarrolla como base áspera o como superficie de aluminio o bien de aleación de aluminio con activación superficial y estructura interna producida mediante calentamiento momentáneo a una temperatura entre 450ºC y la temperatura de fusión del aluminio o bien de la aleación de aluminioy porque sobre la superficie así preparadase aplica termocinéticamente en procedimiento continuo la capa de apoyo como aleación en suspensión que tiende a disgregarsey se compacta mecánicamente juntamente con la capa soporte.
