Abstract
Máquina motriz de combustión Diesel policilíndrica con varias unidades de cilindros consistentes en pistones y cilindros, con baja relación de compresión y con turbo-carga de gas de escape, en que, para el arranque, un número de las unidades de cilindros trabaja como motor y un número, durante la carrera de compresión, trabaja como compresor, caracterizada porque a cada unidad de cilindros de motor le está coordinada una unidad de cilindros de compresor, cuyos pistones se adelantan frente a los pistones de la unidad de cilindros de motor, de tal modo que la unidad de cilindros de motor al comienzo de su carrera de compresión pueda cargarse por la unidad de cilindros de compresor y de modo que los cilindros de ambas unidades de cilindros estén en comunicación por un conducto, separado de los usuales conductos de aspiración y de gas de escape y, por medio de una primera válvula, maniobrada correspondientemente al estado de funcionamiento de la máquina motriz de combustión y por medio de una segunda válvula, que se abre al existir la necesaria presión de carga.
