Abstract

Dispositivo de perforación por impacto con un mandril portabrocas accionable con continuidad en rotación por un husillo de perforación, el cual mandril tiene un pasaje axial, a través del cual se puede transmitir la acción de impacto de un y que guiado axialmente en el husillo hueco de perforación al extremo de la broca sostenida en el mandril portabrocas entre mordazas de mandril ajustables por desplazamiento centradamente, estando provistos, para la unión del mandril portabrocas con el husillo de perforación, unos miembros de acoplamiento, los cuales están dispuestos dentro de alojamientos de acoplamiento del husillo de perforación y/o del cuerpo del mandril portabrocas, caracterizado porque los alojamientos de acoplamiento en el cuerpo de mandril y/o en el husillo de perforación son axialmente mayores que los miembros de acoplamiento y con ello hacen posible una holgura de desplazamiento axial del mandril portabrocas con relación al husillo de perforación, porque además, sobre el husillode perforación, está previsto un aro de tope incapaz de desplazarse axialmente, el cual con una superficie anular está enfrentado axialmente a una superficie anular existente en el cuerpo de mandril, porque en una de estas superficies anulares están provistos resaltes de tope, que al topar con la respectiva otra superficie anular suprimen la holgura de desplazamiento axial del mandril portabrocas sobre el husillo de perforación y con los cuales resaltos están asociados en esta otra superficie anular unos rebajos de tope, dentro de los cuales se adaptan los resaltos de tope por lo menos hasta la profundidad de la holgura de desplazamiento axial del mandril portabrocas, y porque el aro de tope puede ser hecho girar hasta tanto que los resaltos de tope pasan a coincidir con los rebajos de tope y encuentran alojamiento dentro de ellos.
