Abstract

Dispositivo vertedor con cápsula de cierre inviolable, para botellas y recipientes análogos, con un vertedor (1) que posee medios (3, 4, 5) para su fijación inamovible al gollete de una botella o al orificio de un recipiente análogo, con una cápsula (2) fijada de manera desmontable sobre el vertedor (1), de manera que cierre y obture este último, poseyendo medios de inviolabilidad que comprenden un precinto de garantía (17) conectado de manera arrancable a la primera pieza de un conjunto de dos piezas (1, 2) y cooperando con la segunda pieza de dicho conjunto de manera que impida la extracción de la cápsula sin arrancado del precinto de garantía, caracterizado porque la cápsula (2) y el vertedor (1) presentan, para la fijación desmontable de la cápsula sobre el vertedor, una de ellas un fileteado interior (16) y la otra un fileteado exterior (12) que permiten su fijación por simple introducción axial de la cápsula en el vertedor, pero que impiden el desmontaje de la cápsula excepto mediantedesenroscado y que la banda de garantía (17) y la segunda pieza del conjunto presentan medios conjugados (21, 22) que impiden el desatornillado de la cápsula sin arrancado de la banda de garantía.
