Abstract

1. Una máquina de cocina que comprende un pedestal con un alojamiento en forma de U que está abierto en la cara frontal, una cubierta que está conectada de forma girable a la cara inferior del pedestal y que, en la condición abierta, sirve como placa de soporte para un cuenco, y una unidad accionadora conectada de forma girable al pedestal, caracterizada porque la unidad accionadora comprende un alojamiento y una unidad motriz, cuyo alojamiento está conectado de forma girable a la cara superior abierta del pedestal y cuya unidad motriz puede ser dispuesta y bloqueada en el alojamiento de la unidad accionadora por medio de una empuñadura desmontable para la unidad motriz. 2. Una máquina de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la empuñadura está provista, en su cara frontal inferior, de al menos un gancho de bloqueo dirigido hacia abajo y, en su cara posterior inferior, de al menos un ala de bloqueo dirigida hacia abajo, con una espiga orientada en ángulo recto respecto a ella, y porque la unidad motriz está provista de medios para recibir, bloquear y desbloquear el gancho de bloqueo y el ala de bloqueo de la empuñadura y para bloquear la unidad motriz en el alojamiento de la unidad accionadora. 3. Una máquina de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque la unidad motriz comprende un alojamiento y porque los medios están constituidos por aberturas en la superficie superior del alojamiento para recibir el gancho de bloqueo y el ala de bloqueo, por corredera de bloqueo cargadas por resorte dentro del alojamiento de la unidad motriz para bloquear el gancho de bloqueo y el ala de bloqueo, respectivamente, de la empuñadura y por una orejeta de guía para la espiga, orientada en ángulo recto respecto al ala de bloqueo. 4. Una máquina de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque el ala de bloqueo influye sobre la corredera de bloqueo por medio de un balancín. 5. Una máquina de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 3 ó 4, caracterizada porque los extremos de las correderas de bloqueo son desplazables a través de ranuras en las paredes laterales del alojamiento de la unidad motriz, y porque las paredes laterales del alojamiento de la unidad accionadora están provistas también de ranuras que, en una posición en la que la unidad motriz está dispuesta en el alojamiento de la unidad accionadora, estan en línea con las ramnuras correspondientes del alojamiento de la unidad motriz, por lo que, cuando es retirada la empuñadura, las correderas bloqueadas son hechas pasar, bajo la influencia de los resortes, tanto a través de las paredes laterales del alojamiento de la unidad motriz como a través de las paredes laterales del alojamiento de la unidad accionadora, para bloquear la unidad motriz en el alojamiento de la unidad accionadora. 6.
