Abstract
Una endoprótesis cubierta, con ramificaciones estructurales, desplegable y atada (102), que comprende: un material de injerto (104); una primera ramificación estructural desplegable (124) que comprende una primera abertura colateral (128) dentro de dicho material de injerto (104); caracterizada por una segunda ramificación estructural desplegable (126) que comprende una segunda abertura colateral (130) dentro de dicho material de injerto (104); y una atadura (144) que ata dicha primera ramificación estructural desplegable (124) a dicha segunda ramificación estructural desplegable (126).

Dado que las ataduras (570, 572) son suturas continuas individuales en un ejemplo, las ataduras (570, 572) tienen, cada una, un primer extremo (146A, 146B) y un segundo extremo (148A, 148B), respectivamente. Las ataduras (570, 572) se extienden proximalmente (hacia el mango) desde las ramificaciones estructurales desplegables (124A, 126A) a través de la luz principal (114A), a través de la luz de la cubierta de
