Abstract

Un aparato de calentamiento continua que comprende un horno de calentamiento (3) que tiene segmentos de combustión en los que las cantidades de combustión pueden ser controladas individualmente y que están dispuestas en serie, para calentar de forma continua una tira de material de una manera que se controla una velocidad de transporte para el material en forma de tira a fin de mantener una temperatura final a lograr del material en forma de tira a una temperatura diana predeterminada, y una máquina de remallado (2) que está dispuesta en serie con el horno de calentamiento (3), a través del cual pasa el material en forma de tira y que está adaptada para ajustar una longitud del material en forma de tira acumulado en el interior, y caracterizado por que el aparato de calentamiento continuo comprende un controlador (7) adaptado para controlar las cantidades de combustión en los segmentos de combustión (H1-H8), respectivamente, de acuerdo con un tiempo excedente como una capacidad de ajuste restante de la máquina de remallado en la longitud del material en forma de tira dividido por el transporte de velocidad para el material en forma de tira en el horno de calentamiento (3), en donde el controlador (7) está adaptado para controlar las cantidades de combustión en los segmentos de combustión (H1- H8), respectivamente, de modo que la temperatura interna de los segmentos de combustión (H1-H8) se mantienen a temperaturas preestablecidas predeterminadas, respectivamente, si el tiempo excedente es más largo que un tiempo preestablecido predeterminado, y para variar las cantidades de combustión en los segmentos de combustión (H1-H8), respectivamente, en un perfil predeterminado con respecto al tiempo excedente si el tiempo excedente es más corto que un tiempo preestablecido predeterminado.
