Abstract
Método para aplicar un material compuesto reforzado (12), tal como un laminado de polímero reforzado con fibra (FRP), tal como un polímero reforzado con fibra de carbono (CFRP), o un laminado de polímero reforzado con acero (SRP) o un compuesto de lechada reforzada con acero (SRG), a un miembro estructural (10), que comprende las etapas de: - aplicar un adhesivo curable (14) a una superficie del miembro estructural (10) y/o a una superficie del material compuesto reforzado (12) y poner dichas superficies en contacto; y - aplicar de manera directa o indirecta una fuerza de pretensado, Pmax al material compuesto reforzado (12), caracterizado por que el método comprende la etapa de: - disminuir la fuerza de pretensado, Pmax, a la que se somete un tramo en tratamiento, LT, del material compuesto reforzado (12), de tal manera que el material compuesto reforzado (12) a lo largo del tramo en tratamiento, LT, estará menos pretensado que el material compuesto reforzado (12) adyacente al tramo en tratamiento, LT, cuando el adhesivo se haya curado.
