Abstract
Instrumento de agarre médico (1) con un vástago (2) con un extremo anterior (13) y un extremo posterior (14), un nervio (4) que consiste en al menos un elemento de nervio, donde el nervio (4) está fijado en el extremo anterior del vástago (2), al menos dos secciones (5, 6), que están articuladas en el nervio (4), y al menos dos mecanismos de control (7, 151, 155, 8, 152, 156), que están dispuestos al menos en parte en el vástago (2) y están configurados en este tramo como cables bowden, donde cada sección individual (5, 6) puede moverse de manera individual mediante un mecanismo de control propio (7, 151, 155, 8, 152, 156) frente al nervio (4), y donde en el extremo posterior (14) del vástago (2) hay previsto un asidero (150), mediante el cual puede sujetarse y manipularse el instrumento de agarre médico (1), caracterizado por el hecho de que el vástago (2) es flexible, los al menos dos mecanismos de control (7, 151, 155, 8, 152, 156) son flexibles al menos en parte, y hay previsto un elemento de unión (160) entre el extremo posterior (14) del vástago flexible (2) y el extremo anterior (151V, 152V) del asidero (150), donde el elemento de unión (160) presenta hacia el vástago flexible (2) un canal de paso (170), por el que se guían todos los elementos de transmisión (7, 8) de los dispositivos de control (7, 151, 155, 8, 152, 156), y el canal de paso (170) se ramifica de tal manera en el elemento de unión (160), que hacia el asidero (150) hay previsto respectivamente un canal de paso (171, 172) para cada elemento de transmisión (7, 8).
