Abstract

Ascensor que comprende: una cabina (1) para subirse/bajarse dentro de un hueco de ascensor; una porción de control de funcionamiento (8) para controlar el funcionamiento de la cabina (1); una porción de vigilancia de sobrevelocidad (21) para detectar una posición de la cabina y una velocidad de la cabina, comparar una sobrevelocidad ajustada de acuerdo con la posición de la cabina con la velocidad de la cabina, y generar una señal de orden de frenado para detener la cabina (1) cuando la velocidad de la cabina alcanza la sobrevelocidad; y una porción de freno (7) para frenar la cabina (1) de acuerdo con la señal de orden de frenado procedente de la porción de vigilancia de sobrevelocidad (21), en donde la porción de vigilancia de sobrevelocidad (21) ajusta la sobrevelocidad independientemente de la porción de control de funcionamiento (8), caracterizado por que la porción de vigilancia de sobrevelocidad (21) ajusta la sobrevelocidad de manera diferente dependiendo de una dirección de marcha de la cabina (1) cuando la cabina (1) está localizada en la proximidad de una planta terminal.
