Claims (9)

1. Una herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico que comprende un nitruro de boro cúbico, una fase aglutinante e impurezas inevitables,
en donde la herramienta de material sintetizado de nitruro de boro cúbico tiene una superficie en relieve, una superficie inclinada, una superficie rectificada biselada, y una superficie rectificada redondeada formada en una línea de borde donde se cruzan la superficie en relieve y la superficie biselada rectificada, y la forma de la superficie rectificada redondeada tiene un radio de curvatura R en el intervalo de 10 a 50 \mum,

2. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico según la reivindicación 1, en donde el cuerpo sinterizado comprende 40 a 90% en volumen de nitruro de boro cúbico y una fase aglutinante, siendo el resto impurezas inevitables.
3. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico según la reivindicación 1 o 2, en donde el nitruro de boro cúbico tiene un tamaño medio de sus partículas de 0,30 a 6,0 \mum.
4. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, en donde la fase aglutinante comprende al menos una clase seleccionada del grupo que consiste en elementos de los Grupos 4a, 5a y 6a de la Tabla Periódica, un metal de Al, Si, Mg, Co, Ni, y al menos una clase seleccionada del grupo que consiste en un nitruro, carburo, boruro, óxido y soluciones sólidas mutuas de los mismos.
5. Una herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico recubierto que comprende la herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, sobre cuya superficie se provee una cubierta pelicular.
6. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico recubierto según la reivindicación 5, en donde la cubierta pelicular está formada por al menos una clase seleccionada de un nitruro, carburo u óxido de elementos de los Grupos 4a, 5a y 6a de la Tabla Periódica, Al, Si, B, Y y Mn, y soluciones sólidas mutuas de los mismos.
7. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico recubierto según la reivindicación 5 o 6, en donde la cubierta pelicular es un cristal cúbico.
8. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico recubierto según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 7, en donde la cubierta pelicular está formada por al menos una clase seleccionada de un nitruro, carburo u óxido, cada uno de los cuales contiene Ti y Al, y soluciones sólidas mutuas de los mismos.
9. La herramienta de material sinterizado de nitruro de boro cúbico recubierto según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 8, en donde una composición de la cubierta pelicular es (Ti_{(1-a-b)}Al_{a}M_{b}) (X),
en donde M representa al menos una clase de elementos seleccionados de Y, Cr, Si, Zr, Nb, Mn, W, Hf, V y B, X representa al menos una clase de elementos seleccionados de C, N y O, a representa una razón atómica de Al con respecto a la suma de Ti, Al y M, b representa una razón atómica de M con respecto a la suma de Ti, Al y M, y 0,1 \leq a \leq 0,7 y 0,002 \leq b \leq 0,1.
