Abstract
Un artículo textil aterciopelado que comprende un cuerpo de tejido con un anverso técnico formado por un hilo filamentario de ligadura y un reverso técnico formado por un hilo de bucles, comprendiendo dicho primer hilo de ligadura material termosensible y comprendiendo dicho hilo de bucles material retardador de la llama, teniendo dicho cuerpo de tejido una superficie aterciopelada formada en dicho anverso y/o en dicho reverso técnicos, y aumentando su tortuosidad dicho material termosensible en respuesta a la aplicación de calor durante el tratamiento, dando como resultado una permeabilidad de dicho cuerpo de tejido de 27, 42 m3/m2/min (90 piés3/piés2/min) o menor bajo una diferencia de presión de 12, 7 mm (1/2 pulgada) de columna de agua a través del cuerpo de tejido.
Claims (20)
1. Un artículo textil aterciopelado que comprende
un cuerpo de tejido con un anverso técnico formado por un hilo
filamentario de ligadura y un reverso técnico formado por un hilo
de bucles, comprendiendo dicho primer hilo de ligadura material
termosensible y comprendiendo dicho hilo de bucles material
retardador de la llama, teniendo dicho cuerpo de tejido una
superficie aterciopelada formada en dicho anverso y/o en dicho
reverso técnicos, y aumentando su tortuosidad dicho material
termosensible en respuesta a la aplicación de calor durante el
tratamiento, dando como resultado una permeabilidad de dicho cuerpo
de tejido de 27,42 m^{3}/m^{2}/min (90
piés^{3}/piés^{2}/min) o menor bajo una diferencia de presión de
12,7 mm (1/2 pulgada) de columna de agua a través del cuerpo de
tejido.
2. Un artículo textil aterciopelado que comprende
un cuerpo de tejido con un anverso técnico formado por un hilo
filamentario de ligadura y un reverso técnico formado por un hilo
de bucles, comprendiendo dicho primer hilo de ligadura material
elastómero y comprendiendo dicho hilo de bucles material retardador
de la llama, teniendo dicho cuerpo de tejido una superficie
aterciopelada formada en dicho anverso y/o en dicho reverso
técnicos, y teniendo dicho cuerpo de tejido una permeabilidad de
27,42 m^{3}/m^{2}/min (90 piés^{3}/piés^{2}/min) o menor
bajo una diferencia de presión de 12,7 mm (1/2 pulgada) de columna
de agua a través del cuerpo de tejido.
3. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1 o de la reivindicación 2, en el que dicho cuerpo
de tejido tiene una permeabilidad de 21,33 m^{3}/m^{2}/min (70
piés^{3}/piés^{2}/ min) o menor.
4. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, de la reivindicación 2 o de la reivindicación 3,
en el que dicho material retardador de la llama comprende fibras de
m-Aramida.
5. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 3 o la reivindicación 4, en el
que dicho material termosensible comprende material que funde en
caliente.
6. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 3 o la reivindicación 4, en el
que dicho material termosensible comprende material
termoencogible.
7. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 3, la reivindicación 4 o la
reivindicación 6, en el que dicho material termosensible se
selecciona del grupo que consiste en polipropileno, nilón y
poliéster.
8. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 3, la reivindicación 4, la
reivindicación 5, la reivindicación 6 o la reivindicación 7, en el
que dicho hilo filamentario de ligadura comprende material
elastómero.
9. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 2, la reivindicación 3, la
reivindicación 4, la reivindicación 5, la reivindicación 6, la
reivindicación 7 o la reivindicación 8, en el que fibras levantadas
de la superficie aterciopelada de al menos uno de entre el anverso
y el reverso técnicos, están enredadas, incluso en y/o a través de
intersticios del cuerpo de tejido, hacia el otro de entre el
anverso y el reverso técnicos.
10. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 3 o la reivindicación 9, en el que fibras levantadas
del reverso técnico están enredadas, incluso en y/o a través de
intersticios del cuerpo de tejido, hacia el anverso técnico.
11. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 1, la reivindicación 4, la reivindicación 5, la
reivindicación 6 o la reivindicación 7, en el que dicho hilo
filamentario de ligadura es un hilo con alma que comprende un alma
y una funda, comprendiendo dicha funda material que funde en
caliente.
12. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 11, en el que dicho material que funde en caliente
está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en polipropileno,
poliéster y poliamida.
13. El artículo textil aterciopelado de la
reivindicación 11, en el que dicha alma comprende un material
seleccionado del grupo que consiste en poliéster y nilón.
14. El artículo textil aterciopelado de
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en el que dicho
hilo de bucles se divide para dejar libres múltiples filamentos de
pequeño diámetro.
15. Un método de formar un cuerpo tejido
aterciopelado, comprendiendo dicho método las operaciones de: unir
un hilo de bucles y un hilo filamentario de ligadura para formar un
cuerpo previo de tejido, formando el hilo filamentario de ligadura
un anverso técnico del cuerpo previo de tejido y formando el hilo
de bucles un reverso técnico del cuerpo previo de tejido,
comprendiendo el hilo filamentario de ligadura material
termosensible y comprendiendo el hilo de bucles un material
retardado de la llama, acabar al menos uno de entre dicho anverso
técnico y dicho reverso técnico del cuerpo previo de tejido, para
formar así un cuerpo de tejido aterciopelado que tiene al menos una
región superficial aterciopelada, y enredar fibras levantadas de al
menos uno de entre el anverso técnico y el reverso técnico, incluso
en y/o a través de intersticios del cuerpo de tejido, para
incrementar así la densidad y tortuosidad de la masa de fibras,
teniendo el cuerpo de tejido una permeabilidad de 27,42
m^{3}/m^{2}/min (90 piés^{3}/piés^{2}/ min) o menor bajo
una diferencia de presión de 12,7 mm (1/2 pulgada) de columna de
agua a través del cuerpo de tejido.
16. El método de formar un cuerpo de tejido
aterciopelado de la reivindicación 15, en el que el hilo
filamentario de ligadura comprende material termosensible y dicho
método comprende la operación adicional de exponer dicho cuerpo de
tejido a un calentamiento suficiente para provocar una respuesta
del material termosensible, para incrementar así su
tortuosidad.
17. El método de formar un cuerpo de tejido
aterciopelado de la reivindicación 15, que comprende exponer dicho
cuerpo de tejido a dicho calentamiento en medida suficiente para
provocar una respuesta de dicho material termosensible durante la
tinción y/o el acabado.
18. El método de formar un cuerpo de tejido
aterciopelado de la reivindicación 15, que comprende unir un hilo de
bucles y un hilo filamentario de ligadura, comprendiendo este
último material elastómero.
19. El método de formar un cuerpo de tejido
aterciopelado de la reivindicación 15, que comprende exponer dicho
cuerpo de tejido al calentamiento en medida suficiente para
provocar una respuesta de dicho material termosensible, para
incrementar así su tortuosidad, con el resultado de que dicho
cuerpo de tejido tenga una permeabilidad de, aproximadamente, 21,33
m^{3}/m^{2}/min (70 piés^{3}/piés^{2}/min) o menor.
20. El método de formar un cuerpo de tejido
aterciopelado de la reivindicación 15, en el que el hilo
filamentario de ligadura comprende material elastómero.
