Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un cuerpo en nido de abeja con una gran cantidad de canales para el paso de un fluido a partir de una gran cantidad de capas de chapas al menos parcialmente estructuradas, en el que - se apilan, como mínimo, una pila (27) a partir de una gran cantidad de capas (28, 29) al menos parcialmente estructuradas, - cada pila (27) se dobla sobre sí misma para la configuración de un paquete de chapas (1, 2, 3) por una línea de acodamiento (21, 22, 23), de tal manera que el paquete de chapas (1, 2, 3) presenta una primera zona del extremo (30) curvada y una segunda zona del extremo (31), situada enfrente de la primera zona del extremo (30), que está formada por una primera sección del extremo (32) y una segunda sección del extremo (33) de la pila (27), con lo que la primera sección del extremo (32) forma con su primera superficie frontal (35) y un plano central (34) un primer ángulo (), y la segunda sección del extremo (33) forma con su superficie frontal (36) y el plano central (34), un segundo ángulo (), en donde el primer ángulo () es menor que el segundo ángulo (). - cada paquete de chapas (1, 2, 3) está sujeto con un dispositivo de enlazado (24, 25, 26) dispuesto en la zona central (7) de una forma (5) y, mediante un giro relativo del dispositivo de enlazado respecto a la forma (5), se enlaza para formar un cuerpo en nido de abeja (6).
