Abstract

Procedimiento para el laqueado por electroinmersión anódica, en el que el agente de revestimiento consumido en un baño de electroinmersión anódica es compensado a través de un material de relleno infraneutralizado, que se caracteriza porque el material de relleno consta de A) un componente aglutinante acuoso libre de pigmento con un contenido de cuerpos sólidos de 40 a 70 % en peso, un valor MEQ de 15 a 40 y un contenido de disolvente orgánico de 0,5 % en peso, y B) un componente de resina de pasta acuoso que contiene pigmento con un contenido de cuerpos sólidos de 60 a 75 % en peso, un valor MEQ de 5 a 15 y un contenido de disolvente orgánico de 1,0 % en peso, donde la relación en peso de A) a B) es de 1:1 a 4:1 y la mezcla de A) y B) presenta un contenido de cuerpos sólidos de 45 a 73 % en peso, un contenido de disolvente de 0,75 % en peso y un valor-MEQ que es de 60 a 70 % menor que el valor MEQ del baño de electroinmersión.
