Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de medida de presión que puede ser usado como manómetro de conducción térmica y contiene una resistencia de precisión (131) dispuesta en capas sobre una película portadora auto portante y en contacto térmico definido con un gas, cuya presión se ha de medir. El contacto térmico con el gas se produce a través de la película portadora (11), de una capa conductora de calor (123) y opcionalmente de una capa adicional absorbente(124). La resistencia que depende de la presión del gas de la resistencia de precisión (131) se detecta con un circuito puente en el cual cada resistencia de precisión se asigna a una resistencia referencia (16), cuyo valor depende o no de la presión.
