Abstract

Elemento fusible con distribución de potencia incorporado. El elemento BUSBAR-FUSELINK preconizado está formado por un elemento metálico que a través de una serie de operaciones de troquelado y doblado se constituye en una zona superior sensiblemente plana de la que emergen perpendicularmente o en otra dirección cualquiera en función de las necesidades concretas, una serie de ramales, cuyo número y naturaleza estará en función de las especiales características del circuito eléctrico donde se aplica. Posteriormente, dicha lámina metálica una vez conformada y mediante una operación de sobremoldeado o similar será revestida de una funda que a la vez que le conferirá una protección dieléctrica, rigidizará la conexión. Posteriormente se realizará el ajuste final de la zona de fusión (FUSELINK) mediante un segundo matrizado.
