SE DESCRIBE UN METODO DE TRATAMIENTO DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE PROTEINAS PARA EXTERMINAR LOS MICROORGANISMOS QUE PUEDAN ESTAR PRESENTES EN SU INTERIOR, PERO SIN PROVOCAR SU COAGULACION. ESTE METODO COMPRENDE: O BIEN MEZCLAR LA SOLUCION CON UN HIDROLIZADO DE PROTEINAS PRODUCIDAS ENCIMATICAMENTE (H1) SUFICIENTE PARA EVITAR LA COAGULACION DE LA MEZCLA CUANDO, DESPUES, SE TRATA CON CALOR LA MEZCLA PARA EXTERMINAR LOS MICROORGANISMOS, Y, DESPUES, SE SOMETE LA MEZCLA A ESTE TRATAMIENTO CON CALOR; O LA UTILIZACION DE UNA O MAS ENZIMAS PARA HIDROLIZAR LAS PROTEINAS EN LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE PROTEINAS HASTA UN PUNTO SUFICIENTE PARA EVITAR LA COAGULACION DEL HIDROLIZADO LIQUIDO RESULTANTE (H2) CUANDO SE LE SOMETE, DESPUES, A UN TRATAMIENTO CON CALOR PARA EXTERMINAR LOS MICROORGANISMOS, Y, DESPUES, SE SOMETE AL HIDROLIZADO LIQUIDO H2 AL TRATAMIENTO CON CALOR.
