UN JARABE CONSTITUIDO POR LOS AZUCARES NATURALES DE LA ALGARROBA Y PROCESO PARA SU OBTENCION. EL JARABE COMPRENDE 55-75% DE SACAROSA, 7-15% DE FRUCTOSA, 7-16% DE GLUCOSA, 0,5-3% DE OTROS AZUCARES, 4-14% DE CICLITOLES Y 0,5-2% DE IMPUREZAS ORGANICAS E INORGANICAS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE EXTRAER LOS AZUCARES DE LA PULPA DE LA ALGARROBA, SOMETER A SEPARACION GROMATOGRAFICA EL JUGO ASI OBTENIDO PARA SEPARAR LOS AZUCARES DE LOS NOS AZUCARES. EL CAMPO DE APLICACION DEL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO A LOS DE OTROS AZUCARES.
